3. Google User Data & Google API Services

Our booking system integrates with Google Calendar so administrators can synchronize consultations and prevent scheduling conflicts. When an administrator authorizes the integration, we request access to the following Google data via OAuth:

• Google Calendar events — read existing events to detect availability conflicts and write new events when a booking is confirmed.
• Basic profile information (name, email) to identify the connected account.

How we use Google data

• To check calendar availability and avoid double-booking.
• To create, update, or cancel calendar events tied to bookings made on our site.
• To attach Google Meet / video conferencing links to scheduled meetings.

What we do not do with Google data

• We do not sell Google user data to anyone, ever.
• We do not share Google user data with third parties except as strictly required to provide the booking feature you requested (e.g., our hosting and database providers acting as processors), or where required by law.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or training AI/ML models.
• We only access the minimum scopes required and store the minimum data necessary (event IDs, start/end times) to operate the booking sync.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Revoking Access & Deleting Your Data

You can revoke our access to your Google account and delete your data at any time:

• Revoke Google access: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove TAW Media Group. You can also disconnect from inside the admin dashboard at Settings → Integrations.
• Delete stored data: Email us at info@tawmediagroup.com requesting deletion. We will remove your personal information and any cached Google data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
• To schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel consultation calls.
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders).
• To improve, secure, and maintain the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.
